Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our frames.

• If we make an error with your order, you’ll receive a 100% refund or replacement at no cost.

• If you ordered the wrong frame or would like to exchange it for a different one, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

• All refund and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are determined individually for each order.

After your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm shipping arrangements and final costs.

Local orders may also be picked up by appointment.

Local deliveries are available on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

Delivery Time Frame

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, provided the materials are in stock.

Once shipped, most customers receive their orders within 7–10 business days.

If any items are out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly with an updated delivery estimate.
