Welcome to Frames by Wendel. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Frames by Wendel reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of this Agreement at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price, or a problem identified by our fraud prevention system.
• If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid via the original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Frames by Wendel accepts payment via approved payment methods at checkout.

6. Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Certain items may be custom-made or made-to-order. You acknowledge that those items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged except as specified in our Refund/Return Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frames by Wendel and its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase, use or inability to use our website or products.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Charleston, SC, USA. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Frames by Wendel shall be brought exclusively in the courts of North Charleston, SC, USA.

You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

• All frames—including custom and made-to-order—are eligible for return or exchange, subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of de-assembling and repurposing materials.
• Frames must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with no holes or hardware attached.

How to Initiate:

Contact us at wendel@framesbywendel.com or (843) 637-7654. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived incorrectly or damaged.

Damages & Incorrect Items:

Upon delivery, please inspect carefully. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can correct it. Frames by Wendel will cover shipping costs for returns in that case.

Refunds / Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at wendel@framesbywendel.com.

Processing & Shipping Times:

• Orders are shipped within 3 – 7 business days, provided materials are in stock.
• Local pickups by appointment only; local deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

• We offer [flat-rate/free shipping threshold if applicable].
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

Risk of Loss & Title:

• Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when we deliver the item to the shipping carrier.

International & Customs:

For shipments outside US, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes once we ship the item.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages:

If you provide an incorrect address or the item is returned due to refusal to accept the delivery, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
